4.4.34 - Healthquest version - Oct 3rd, 2023

  1. New Refunds/Returns Wizard - Redesigned the Refunds/Returns window on the patient's Account Summary > Invoice Summary.
  2. New Report - Chart Template Statistics - This report displays the count of each chart template that has been used in the specified date range for the selected practitioner(s). Located under the Reports menu > Statistics > Chart Template Statistics.
  3. Two Factor Authentication - Users can now optionally have two factor authentication enabled. System administrators can enable this setting for users in Program Setup > Admin > Security > Setup Two Factor Authentication.
  4. Client Card - Pronoun field added to the client card.
  5. PrescribeIT® - Chart button added to the communications area in Doc Appointment View and is also accessible from the patient dashboard popup.
  6. Scanned Document Attachments - The windows that open when clicking 'Save w/ Task' and 'Save w/ Ref' have been updated: The selected row expands to display the worklist / referral notes under the 'Description' / 'Reason for Referral' column. A tooltip has been added to the paperclip icon to display a list of attachments for that worklist / referral.
  7. Worklists - Emergency contact now appears in the client information section found on the bottom right of a worklist task.
  8. Fixed an issue where some form fields were only available if the Letter Template Entry window was open.
  9. Fixed a bug where IM DND status changes made in HQO were not reflected in HQ immediately.
  10. Resolved an issue where the appointment schedule was not resizing correctly in some situations.
  11. Various bug fixes.
