4.4.36 - Healthquest version - Nov 20th, 2023

  1. New Report - Appointment/Billing Discrepancies - This report displays appointments that were not billed on that day or billed under different doctor.
  2. New Search Form Templates - Existing form templates can now be searched on the form template setup window.
  3. New Window location memory - Save opened window placement on the tabletop. This user specific setting is located in Program Setup > System > Window/Toolbar > Save Window Position.
  4. AH Claims - A new warning displays if there are claims with service dates approaching the submission cutoff that have yet to receive an assessment.
  5. Appointment History - The history of deleted appointments is now available on the appointment list window.
  6. Appointment List - Appointments that are in a waitlist are now more distinguishable, displaying WAIT as the state and a W in the Hold column. Hover over the 'W' to view the associated waitlist.
  7. Assessment History - Additional details of past claims have been added to the patient medical history window (doctor, service code, diag. code, etc.).
  8. Index Files - Resizing the window will now stretch the width of the file list and the client scans list.
  9. Medications - Renewal Duration - New popup asks for a duration of renewal when renewing multiple prescriptions or allows them to be renewed as they are. Duration can only be set for medications with a single dosage line.
  10. Email Attachments - When emailing a single patient, you can now add attachments from a file and/or the patient's chart.
  11. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
