4.4.38 - Healthquest version - Jan 2nd, 2024

  1. *New* Form History - Click the ‘Form History’ button on a form to view previous versions of a form as well as deleted forms. From the Form History window, click ‘Restore Version’ to restore a previous version of a form or restore a deleted form.
  2. Appointment Schedule - The ‘All Schedules’ view now has a filter for discipline to limit which doctors are shown.
  3. Client Lookup – The main client lookup field now supports date of birth and phone number lookups without using the advanced search.
  4. Claim Entry – Service codes from chart notes can automatically transfer to claim entry when the same service is recorded on a patient multiple times in one day.
  5. Referral Templates – Use the default template when creating referrals from scans or letters with the Save w/ Ref button. This option is in Program Setup > System > Referral Management > Use default template when creating referrals from scans of letters.
  6. ​Various other bugs and performance enhancements.
