  1. Fixed an issue where option buttons were missing from the Growth Charts window in some situations.
  2. Fixed a bug where the index files window was not returning focus to the client lookup field when the 'Force Patient Lookup' setting was enabled in program setup.
  3. Fixed an issue where the worklist task dropdowns were not sorting correctly in some situations.
  4. Fixed a bug where the last prescribed date was being cleared when e-signing PrescribeIT prescriptions in some situations.
