1. Resolved an issue where the lookup functionality on the appointment scheduler was stealing focus in certain situations.
2. Fixed a bug causing the 'time since arrived' field to appear black in the appointment states window.
3. Corrected a problem where the 'Add' button was missing for chart note detail rows in specific scenarios.
