1. Appointment Lookup - Functionality has been restored to
match the behavior of the client card lookup.
2. Fixed an issue with Invoice / Cheque # lookups to
accommodate larger numbers.
3. Fixed a bug where links in chart notes containing certain
characters would not open.
4. Resolved an issue where billing AH claims using shortcuts
would cause HQ to crash in some situations.
5. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
