1. *New* FIB-4 Tool - Automatically calculates the Fibrosis-4 (FIB-4) Index using existing patient chart data to assess risk of advanced liver fibrosis. Add to any Chart Template via Template Design > New Field > FIB-4 to access the integrated form.

2. Resolved an issue where the Index Faxes window was slow to load in some situations.

3. Corrected a bug where the tab order on Index Files did not move focus from client lookup as expected.

4. Fixed issues with creating/printing invoices when a doctor was pre-populated but not linked correctly to the invoice in some situations.

5. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
