1. *New* QuestIQ AI Help Agent - Access our new integrated knowledgebase assistant to quickly find answers to common Healthquest questions and workflows. Available from the button at the top of the sidebar.

2. *New* Charting Reference Panel - Patient vital fields can now be linked using Setup > Charting Setup > Linked Field Setup > Patient Vital. These vitals will appear in the Latest Vitals section of the Charting Reference Panel and can be dragged into other charting areas for quick reference.

3. *New* Chart Templates - Chart notes can now be attached directly to Worklists or Referral Management tasks using the new 'Save w/ Task' and 'Save w/ Ref' buttons within templates.

4. Doc Appointment View - Lab Results - Added an option to group lab results by patient and accession number for improved organization and review workflows.

5. Patient Portal - Added new setup options to control which appointment types and appointment states are visible within the patient portal appointment list.

6. Appointment Reminders - Increased the maximum number of hours supported for automated reminder rules.

7. Fixed an issue where Nexus generated chart notes could be saved to the incorrect patient in rare workstation configurations.

8. Fixed an issue where the Appointment Defaults window would not allow soft booking descriptions to be reset.

9. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
