4.5.01 - Healthquest version - June 16th, 2026

1. Referral Management - Added the ability to use a default referral template when creating referrals from Forms. Configure the template in Program Setup > System > Referral Mgmt. When completing a form, select Save w/Ref to open the referral template and automatically attach the completed form.

2. eFax - Updated the relation search on the Send Fax window to make searching easier.

3. Medications - Preferred Pharmacy relations are now displayed at the bottom of medication entry for easier reference.

4. Fixed a bug where the selected client could be cleared immediately after client lookup during claim entry in some situations.

5. Fixed an issue that prevented medications previously sent through PrescribeIT® from being set to inactive after reverting to the classic medication interface.

6. Fixed an issue where quantity units could display as numbers on prescription printouts in some situations.

7. Fixed an issue where some older lab result files were not processed correctly when using certain file formats.

8. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
