4.5.04 - Healthquest version - July 27th, 2026

  1. Attachments - Chart summaries can now be attached directly to referrals, worklists, and other areas.
  2. eFax - Sent faxes are now displayed in the client scans window for easy reference.
  3. Charting - The Problem list panel can now be resized, and your layout is remembered between sessions.
  4. Appointments - Appointments in the confirmed state are now included in the 'Find and Open Appointment Details' option on client lookup.
  5. Fixed an issue where the client was not populated in some situations when creating a new patient from the Alberta Health Claim entry window.
  6. Various other bug fixes and performance enhancements.
