A vitals section can be added to your reference panel to display the patient's most recent vitals that have been recorded in chart notes. Vitals must be recorded in their unique field to be viewable.

To view your patient's most recent vitals and measurements in the Reference Panel, please complete the following steps. Note, each user who would like to view Latest Vitals will need to follow these steps, as the Reference Panel is unique to each user.

1. Select Latest Vitals from the Unused Section on the right.

2. Use the left arrow to add Latest Vitals to the Displayed Section.

3. Select Latest Vitals in the Displayed Section.

4. Use the up arrow to move the Latest Vitals section to the desired position.

5. Click Ok to save your changes.

Close your charting window and reopen it. You should now be able to view the Latest Vitals section in your Reference Panel. 

If you know that there are vitals recorded in a patient's chart but they are not viewable in the reference panel, there are a few things to check:

1. Are the vitals recorded in their unique field?

      If yes, please note please note the type of vital/measurement and the name of the chart note, and contact Healthquest's Support Team to have the template updated.

      If no, please record the vitals in their unique field to view in the Reference Panel. 

      If yes, please note the type of vital/measurement, a chart number with an example of the note, and contact Healthquest's Support Team to have this measurement added.

      If no, please note the name of the chart note, the type of vital/measurement and contact Healthquest's Support Team to have your template updated.
