Adding a preferred pharmacy to a patient

Adding a pharmacy relation to a client card will display their pharmacy information on the charting window medication tab.  

  1. Open client card.
  2. Click relations tab.

  1. Select pharmacy along the right.
  2. Click new.
  3. Search the pharmacy in the lookup.
  4. Select correct pharmacy from list.

  1. Click ok.
If the pharmacy is not in the list, add a new third-party card first, then return to this client card, repeat above steps.

Create a new pharmacy third party card

  1. Click admin.
  2. Select edit third party.
  3. Click new.
  4. Enter as much information as you wish, noting pink fields are required.


  1. Click save.
