Alberta Screening and Prevention (ASaP) introduction
Alberta Screening and Prevention (ASaP) began after it was determined that certain maneuvers allow primary care providers to have the biggest impact. The screening maneuver selection was completed by an ASaP working group that included primary care physicians, and guidelines were based on the general population.

Add ASaP tracking to a patient chart
Click new under the chart notes section, select ASaP. It will be saved to the Medical History section of the chart, found on the overview below the problem history.
*Note, the ASaP template is designed for one per chart.
Lab results, scan dates for
screening documents (Mammograms and Colonoscopies), and vitals will
automatically populate in the template below the manual tracking text boxes.
