 Logs you out of Healthquest.

 Returns you to the tabletop, leaving the appointment scheduler open.

 Returns you to the tabletop and opens the Doctor view, leaving the appointment scheduler open.

 Opens the instant messaging window. (Optional feature that is activated in the program setup, icon will only appear if activated).

 Calendar showing the date the schedule is displaying which can be changed from here.

Last – returns the schedule to the previous date prior to the current date being displayed. (e.g., A patient changes their mind after you have booked an appointment and returned the schedule to today's date, click last to reopen the date that appointment was booked without having to renavigate to that date).

Today – returns the schedule back to today’s date.

New client – generates a new blank client card, fill in all the information required and available, click done, the client will be in the shuttle bay ready to schedule.

 Opens the advanced client lookup window.

 Quick lookup using last name, first name, or PHN, select from list to place in shuttle bay ready to schedule.

 Shuttle Bay houses the patient ready to book, drag and drop the name from here to the schedule to book the appointment.

Closed / Lunch fields – drag these to the schedule to block off time.

Group – drag to the schedule to book a group (useful for group sessions or workshops)

Online bookings – opens the online booking window showing confirmed/cancelled appointments based on clinic setup.

​Reminders – opens the reminders window showing confirmed/cancelled appointments based on clinic setup.
