Appointment stamps

Appointment stamps are phrases that have the option to display on a printout of a list of upcoming appointments from the appointments window on the scheduler.

Check off the option to use appointment stamps in the program setup (setup > program setup > appointments) for the stamps to be visible on the printouts.

Here is an example of a stamp included on the printout.


Benefits to using appointment stamps:

  1. Written documentation of no show or other clinic policies shared with a patient.
  2. Sharing booking options with patients, such as directing them to online booking sites.
  3. Giving physician updates regarding new practitioners joining or specifics around what appointments can be booked when.

Set up custom stamps to use at your clinic under the appointment menu, select stamps.


  1. Click new.
  2. Enter the stamp code (name).
  3. Type in the message to appear on the printouts (the printout document can be emailed as well).

 

To print a stamp on a list of future appointments, open the appointment on the scheduler.

  1. Click print.
  2. Select the stamp to apply.

  1. Click ok, the print window will open to select the printer or check off email document.
    1. If the email document is checked off, the send email window will open to select the template or type in a message, note the appointment list with the stamp on is attached in the attachment section.
    2. Click send.
