Appointment states

The appointment states window is found on the appointment scheduler toolbar, click states. To close this window, click the states button again.


Filter the visible appointments for today using the practitioner and states options in the middle of this window.

To change an appointment status, drag the appointment from the list over the status along the top, the appointment will change to that status.

In the appointment states window, you can also monitor the time a patient is in a particular state, and how long since they have arrived. If a patient is marked as arrived for more than the selected time it will turn red.

Edit the time for the ‘time since arrived’ to change to red in Program Setup > Appointment > Scheduler Setup > Appointment States: color Time Since Arrived after __ minutes. This is a database setting, and the wait time defaults to 60 minutes.
