Appointments list

Appointments list

On the client card click the ‘appointments’ button to open a new appointments list window.

On here there is a full list of all past and future appointments, with deleted appointments noted in the bottom.

Double click on an appointment from the list to take you to the scheduler with that appointment detail window open.

  1. Along the top under the patient’s name, it states the total number of appointments (excluding the deleted appointments).
  2. Filter the list using the date range fields.
  3. Select ‘multi-select’ if needing to highlight more than one appointment, helpful for printing a list of specific appointments.
  4. Book will load this patient into the shuttle bay on the scheduler.
  5. Print allows you to print the entire list of appointments or select one or multiple. It will print all columns except the user and updated column.
  6. Stats opens a window splitting all the patient’s appointments by state.

  1. Delete will ask if you are sure you wish to delete the appointment, click yes or no.
