Appointments tab

Appointments tab

This tab provides a list of all appointments booked with the practitioner’s name shown above, the time the appointment is booked for, and the appointment type.

Click on the patient’s name to view some navigation buttons.

  1. Access the patient’s chart.
  2. Access the patient’s client card.
  3. Access the patient’s worklists (click on tasks).
  4. Create a new chart note on the patient’s chart.
  5. Open the appointment detail window on the scheduler (click on details).

Icons will appear along this entry if items have been created the same day of the appointment. Note this above example has a chart note with a pencil, indicating a chart note has been started but is not completed, as well as a worklist.

Click on the icon to open the chart on that specific item. (Could be a chart note, form, medication, scan, letter, problem, AHC claim, worklist, or a virtual appointment.)

Click on the appointment status to open the options to change as required.

Right click the patient’s name to open the chart summary window, example shown below.

Communicate with your staff that the patient is no longer in the room with the click of a button.

From the appointments tab, click ‘Clear rm’ to change the status of the appointment to left clinic. This will also advise the staff that the room is vacant and needs to be cleaned.
