Billing from a chart note
After notes have been completed, click the
‘bill’ button.
A new claim window will populate with any billing items from
the chart note, or the billing defaults on the client card.
*Note the above example diagnosis, fee codes, and fee
modifiers have all populated into the claim entry window.
Make sure all information is accurate, click ‘Done’.
If additional codes need to be added, click new and enter
the next set of codes, and click ‘done’. Repeat this until all service codes
are billed.

Copy appointment notes to the chart note
Save time by having the appointment notes pull into the chart note complaint field. Setup > program setup > charting, select “Copy appointment notes into chart complaint field”.
