There are many times when patients are booking continuous appointments for constant treatment/care.

Examples could be:

1. A prenatal patient booking every 4 weeks.
   
2. A physiotherapy patient booking 2-3 times a week for three weeks in a row.
   

Once that patient is booked into the schedule, instead of clicking rebook to place the patient back into the shuttle bay, hold the ctrl button then click the rebook button, the below window will open.

1. Click on all the dates that require future appointments, scroll through future months using the green arrow.
   
2. Enter the appointment details.
   
1. Commonly the patient would be keeping the same appointment type,
   
1. Or select the new appointment type from the dropdown.
   
2. Check off if the notes from this original appointment should be carried over.
   
3. Identify the column for the schedule to place the new appointments in.
   
3. Click done.
   

All appointments have now been generated for all the selected dates.
