Booking an appointment


1.       Search for the patient using the lookup or the advanced client lookup.

      2.       Select the patient from the list, they will move into the shuttle bay.

      3.       Navigate the schedule to the day the patient wishes to book (use the day and week tabs, or the calendar).

4.       Drag the name from the shuttle bay to the desired time.

      5.       The appointment detail window will open.


      6.       Select an appointment type using the radio buttons or dropdown.

      7.       Add any additional notes, editing all applicable details, such as the ‘time required’.

      8.       Click ok.
