Built in Fib-4 Calculator

Review an estimate of liver scarring in HCV and HBV patients assessing the need for more invasive testing. Add this calculator to any chart template commonly used, using additional information from labs (AST, ALT, Platelet values) it will calculate the risk scores.

The results appear with the value as well as the severity level.

Click on the report icon on the right-hand side of the score to review the full report and share visuals with the patient.

Adding Framingham Risk Calculator to chart templates

On the Healthquest Tabletop screen:

1. Click on setup > charting setup > template design.
   
2. Click on ‘select template’, highlight ‘edit existing’ and click next.
   
3. Select the specific template you want to add the Fib-4 calculator to, click next and finish.
   
4. Click ‘new field’ in the top right corner.
   

1. Select the calculated field called FIB-4, click Finish.
   

1. Click where the field should be displayed, to move it, highlight it and use the arrow keys or drag and drop with the mouse.
   

1. Click save and close.
