C151 Physician’s Progress Report

The C151 or progress report is the same as the physician’s first report of injury with the exception that when a report type is chosen the option to copy a report becomes available. 

From the client menu, hover over WCB rapid reports, select reports.

  1. Search the patient in the lookup field.
  2. Click new and select ‘physician’s progress report’.
  3. A list of current WCB reports for that patient will appear at the bottom of the window, select which report to copy from.
  4. Click ok.

All information in the previous report will populate into the new claim report. Work through each section the same as in the C050E form adding information where needed. Click here to walk through each of the sections.

 

*Note that Invoice detail lines do not copy over when a report is copied.
