Caregiver view to create account to patient portal
1. The caregiver will receive an email:
2. They will click the link to create an account or log in if they already have one.
3. They will receive a message prompting them to verify the patient's demographics.
4. They will click the link to confirm the patient's demographic
details:
5. They will enter all the above details and verify.
6. The caregiver can now access the patient portal for this patient.
7. If the caregiver is a patient and has a
patient portal account, they can switch between the two using their one login.
