Changing a chart note template
If the incorrect chart template was originally selected, click the change template button. A warning will appear as data in the template may be scrambled if the new template does not have the same fields.
Click yes if happy to proceed.
Select the correct template, click ok. The template will change to the newly selected template. Review any data that is in the note to confirm accuracy.
To view the history of changing the note template, right click the ‘Change template’ button.
