Charting dashboard customization

Charting dashboard customization

This view can be customized to include the patient’s height, weight, and BP if required.

Setup > charting setup > overview design, click add field, select applicable field to add, click ok.

Place the box outline where you want the item to go.
It might be helpful naming the item as well (consistent with some of the demographics).
  1. Click the 'T' icon (down the left).
  2. Draw a box where the text needs to go.
  3. Click enter.
  4. Save and close out of this design window.

*Take caution in editing this overview too much, as it will impact everyone in the clinic.
