Connect Care lab codes
Open the
doctor’s client card, select the practitioner tab.
Provider
ID: This serves as
a distinctive identifier for each doctor within the province, facilitating communication
to testing facilities about the specific ordering provider.
Submitter ID: This identifier is crucial for designating the practice location of the doctor, ensuring lab results are accurately directed to the intended location.
*NOTE, the submitter ID and department ID will align for each doctor within a clinic.

Healthquest has incorporated these updated forms, extracting data from the practitioner tab on their client card. Ensure that the usage frequency for the new forms is set to “often”, while adjusting the old forms to “never”. This can be do in the form management window.
