Available, March 24, 2025, this report provides a snapshot of key information of panel uploads over the last
six months. The report enables CPAR providers and Panel Administrators to
monitor panel size fluctuations and reconcile CPAR data with their EMR records.
Information
includes the total number of:

submitted patients
•
demographic mismatches
•
attachment errors
•
active attachments
•
active attachment conflicts
The report
is available to CPAR administrators within the CPAR portal.
