Create a patient relation with a third party

Creating a patient relation to the third party is optional but recommended.

Open a patient’s client card, click on the relations tab.

  1. Along the left, highlight third party, then click ‘new’.
  2. Use the lookup to find your third-party card.

  1. Select the correct third party to link to the patient.

  1. Fill in as much information as you need to, for many this will be the policy number and policy holder details.
    1. The coverage fields are directed more towards chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics.
  2. Click save.
