Create a patient relation with a third party
Creating a patient relation to the third party is optional but recommended.
Open a patient’s client card, click on the relations tab.
- Along the left, highlight third party, then
click ‘new’.
- Use the lookup to find your third-party card.
- Select the correct third party to link to the patient.
- Fill in as much information as you need to, for
many this will be the policy number and policy holder details.
- The coverage fields are directed more towards
chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics.
- Click save.
