Creating a new referral doctor client card

Click on the ‘New’ button within the client card window.

Enter the first and last name of the person being added, note the first and last name are a shade of pink, this means they are required fields.

Select the client type from the dropdown as referral doctor.



A new tab will appear called ‘Ref Doc’, click on that to enter in the address, phone, fax, specialty (under skills), and any other information you may have.


Save this client card.

If the referral doctor works at two locations, click back to the ‘Ref Doc’ tab, and select ‘New Address’. Once saved on the same tab there will be a list of addresses associated with that referral doctor.
