Creating a WHO growth chart

In program setup > charting make sure ‘Use WHO PDFs as growth chart background’ is checked off.

Double click in the vitals box:


Select the graph type on the right of the graph.

*Note for adult charts, click Ctrl + left click in the vitals box, a trending graph will open, with the list of entries along the side.
