Creating new messages

Open the patient chart and click on the patient messaging tab or from the doctor view click on the patient messaging tab shown below.
  1. Click ‘new conversation'.


  1. Search and select the patient in the client lookup window that appears. (If on the patient chart, this step is not required).
  2. Start typing your message or right click in the text box to select a response template.


  1. Click attach it an item from the chart needs to be added.


  1. Select applicable option (from chart, new form-requisition, intake form)

To add an item from the chart, select the category from the dropdown, highlight the item, click add, when all have been added, click save.


If something is in the attachments that was an error, highlight it and click the remove button. This removes it as part of the attachment, the item remains on the chart!

To add a form, select the applicable form from the list, click ok.


To add an intake form, select the applicable form from the list, click assign forms.


  1. Click send.
