Customizing booking messages
Set up the messaging patients will see once they have booked their appointment online.
Program setup > appointments > online booking
*Note, you can set up online booking to automatically accept the booking of existing patients, to do the same for new patients, select the new patient check box as well.
Patients will see something like the following.
Patients will also receive email confirmation. You can set up the email template that patients will receive by choosing a template in the ‘response email’ dropdown.
If
the clinic would prefer to review all online bookings prior to confirming them
with the patient, do NOT select the ‘auto-accept existing patients’ option. The
first ‘success message’ in the program setup shown above will be what the
patient will see after completing the online booking process:
