What happens if a patient is paneled to more than one provider?

  2. If team members have access to lab results on behalf of providers, they will also see eNotification reports.
  3. To allow access a staff member’s client card must be configured to include Lab Access.

Are there special viewing tips for staff workflow?
  1. Staff members may have to adjust the date range filters to ensure they are able to view eNotifications after the primary provider has already viewed it.
  2. Set the date range to the present day and the past day to see all the eNotifications over the past 24 hours. On a Monday a team member may want to set it to the past 3 days.
