Response required is a feature that can help streamline the process of tracking patient compliance and follow up. It can help ensure that patients are completing the test in a timely manner. Additionally, it can help to identify areas where additional follow ups are required.

- Click the forms tab.
- Highlight form from the list.
- Select the ‘response req’d – by’ check box.
- Enter a date the patient should complete the test by.
Automatically set up a response required criteria.
Setup > Program setup > charting > Select ‘Auto check response req’d on all forms - # of days:’
- Select a default number of days. For example, 30 days.
- Click apply and ok.
- When adding a new form to a patient chart this will be the new default, BUT can be edited specifically for the patient when in the forms tab.
- Manually change the date and click save.
