When a new form is added to a patient chart, this timeframe
will automatically populate as the default. The date can still be edited for
individual patients within the Forms tab if needed. After making changes, click
Save.
Many common requisitions will automatically acknowledge if a result comes in for that form, changing the response received to a 'Y'.
If necessary, you can also mark the response
manually:
- Confirm that the results are available in the patient chart under lab/Reports tab.
- Select the Forms tab.
- Highlight the appropriate form.
- Click Response Received.
- Go to Reports > Client Lists > Pending Forms List.
- Apply filters as needed, such as:
- Limit results to a specific provider
- View overdue forms only
- Select a specific date range
- Show pending, completed or both.
- Click Retrieve.
You can print the list or send it to Client List Manager to
manage and follow up electronically.
