Form tags
Create new tags that are not found in the list, in the setup menu select ‘add item types’.
- Select ‘form tags’ from the radio buttons.
- Click add item.
- The tag type will generate a number, enter the
tag name as required.
- Click save. This tag will now be available in
the list of tags to apply to forms.
Searching forms with tags
Open a patient’s chart, click the forms tab, and click on new.
Along the bottom, select a tag to search from the dropdown.
After adding the initial tag selection, the second dropdown for tags will activate, allowing for further refinement of the criteria.
The list of forms with the selected tags will be displayed for selection.
