Forms introduction

Patient forms and requisitions are under the forms tab, also listed on the reference panel. Most forms will pull in the patient and requesting practitioner information automatically, so only needing to check off and fill applicable information to the form.

      Marking a form as Confidential is strictly for exporting purposes and will NOT hide the form. Open the patient chart. Click the forms tab. Highlight form from the list. Select the confidential checkbox.
