Healthquest online app setup

Clinics can use the Healthquest mobile application to view appointments, dictate notes from a portable device to insert into chart notes, letters, worklists, referral management, Instant Messaging, and problems. Virtually anywhere that there is a text field within Healthquest.

 

This feature offers so much more ability to access patient information if you have your mobile device with you.

  1. Check what time your first patient is booked by using the app instead of powering up a computer.
  2. Prefer to dictate your chart notes, open the app, dictate in real time, or save for later.
  3. Caught in traffic, send an instant message from your app to your staff.
  4. Forgot to send a worklist to someone, send one right off your phone.
  5. Need to load an image from your phone to a patient’s chart? Open the app.
  6. Late night phone call with a patient? Enter the billing details on your app.

Download the Healthquest online app

Open your app store on iTunes or the google play store, download ‘Healthquest Online’. It is free.

Have your clinic manager call Healthquest to configure your database to allow you access from a mobile device.

  1. Open the Healthquest Mobile app and click on add connection.

  1. Log into Healthquest on your computer.
  2. Click on the Help menu and select ‘Healthquest Apps Setup’.
  3. A QR code should appear in the window on your screen, on your mobile device click scan QR code, and scan the code on your computer screen.
  4. It will ask if you would like to receive push notifications.
  5. Finally, enter your Healthquest login credentials.
         

  1. Click on next to verify and sync the connection to the Healthquest database.

  1. Click Launch to open the app and enter in a username and password, these are the same as what is used in the office to login into Healthquest.

Healthquest online menu

Located in the top left of the window click the menu button (three lines) to review different areas of the system. Access appointments, client card/chart, instant messaging, worklists, billing chits, dictation, and scans.  Appointments are only accessible to practitioners, all other Healthquest users have access to client card/chart, instant messaging, worklists, billing chits, dictation, and scans.
