How to upload Patient Summary information

Once charting is complete, save your chart note and click the Patient Summary button at the top of the charting window.

The Patient Summary Submission window will now generate.

In this window you can select all items or select only specific items. Review each selection to confirm that you are providing the most up to date information possible.

Once you have made your desired selections, click the send button to submit the data.

Draft Submissions

If you have another staff member who is reviewing the available information that can be uploaded to Patient Summary they are able to create a draft version of the submission which you can then upload as the provider. To create the draft, have the staff member review the items and make the appropriate selections. When the Patient Summary window is opened by the provider, the previous selections will populate.

Error Handling

If you receive an error on submission that Netcare or CII is down, retry the submission after an hour. If the submission still will not go through, please contact Healthquest's support team.
