Instant messaging

Instant messaging

Send messages to other users using the mobile application, these will be linked to Healthquest making them visible when logged in on a computer.

Here is an example, the doctor is running late, and a patient is already checked in, they can message the staff to let the patient know they are stuck in traffic.

Users that are logged in to Healthquest, will appear as green the same as they do on the computer.

To send a message, select the user, type a message, and select the right arrow to send.
