Intake form app – setting up a personal identification number (PIN)
Each
employee within the clinic who will be using the intake form app, on configured
devices, will be more effective to set up a PIN number.
Open the
app and log in using your Healthquest username and password.
For the
first time logging into a device, it will prompt you to create a PIN. Future
log ins can be done using the 4-digit PIN.
Enter your
Healthquest password followed by a 4-digit PIN twice.
Click ‘set
pin’.
To change a
PIN, once logged into the app, click on your name in the to right corner and
select PIN management.
