There are
several inventory reports that provide valuable information to help manage
inventory within the clinic. Use these reports to track items that have sold,
those not sold, items requiring reordering, and transactions such as adding in
new stock and tracking those expired.
Find these
reports under reports > inventory:
- Items
sold – Shows all goods sold, filter by company and date ranges as required.
- Items
not sold – Shows all goods that have not sold during a specific date range.
- Reorder
– Shows quantity of goods on hand, including the reorder quantity, those
requiring reordering have an asterisk next to them. This report also shows the
cost and retail prices listed from the inventory setup.
- Additions/deletions
– shows all transactions processed, filtering by company and date ranges.
- Items
expired – Shows all inventory items that have expired, this is using the
expiration date entered in the transaction window when entering new stock.
