Inventory reports

There are several inventory reports that provide valuable information to help manage inventory within the clinic. Use these reports to track items that have sold, those not sold, items requiring reordering, and transactions such as adding in new stock and tracking those expired.

Find these reports under reports > inventory:

  1. Items sold – Shows all goods sold, filter by company and date ranges as required.
  1. Items not sold – Shows all goods that have not sold during a specific date range.
  1. Reorder – Shows quantity of goods on hand, including the reorder quantity, those requiring reordering have an asterisk next to them. This report also shows the cost and retail prices listed from the inventory setup.
  1. Additions/deletions – shows all transactions processed, filtering by company and date ranges.

  1. Items expired – Shows all inventory items that have expired, this is using the expiration date entered in the transaction window when entering new stock.
