Letter macros

Set up letter macros to increase the efficiency of creating letters from scratch.

Setup > letters > macro setup

  1. Click new.
  2. Enter the macro code. (Make it easy to remember, but not a commonly typed full word, else it will expand in places you don’t necessarily want.)
  3. Type in the full text you want to appear in the description box.

  1. Click save.
How to use macros:
  1. Type in the macro code.

  1. Double click the code, the expansion text will populate.
