Letter signatures

Setting up signature files

Setup > Letters > Signature file

  1. Click new.
  2. Enter the signature name/title in the description.
  3. Select the doctor this signature is for.
    1. If only text, type it in the document and click save.
    2. If wanting a written signature as well, click insert document.
      1. Navigate the open file window to the document with signature.
      2. Click open.
  4. Click save.

Adding signature to letters

  1. Open the letter.
  2. Click the signature button.
  3. Select the signature file.
