Letters introduction

Letters introduction

The documents created with intent to give or send to someone outside of the clinic, such as a patient or specialist. All letters created in Healthquest are outgoing.

If you are a family practice, you may generate and send out referral letters or sick notes; if you are a specialty clinic you may be generating and sending consult letters.

Find the letters on the patient overview at the bottom and in the reference panel. Letters can also be found on the client card.

Click letters at the top of the charting window, the client letters window will open.
