Netcare Faxing

Some clinics have the ability to upload reports to Netcare. Netcare faxing also enables clinics to directly fax a copy of the report to the ordering and CC’d physicians. Contact Technical Support to enable this feature. Once enabled, select Admin > Faxing for Netcare.

  1. Select a date range and click retrieve.
  2. Highlight a fax to send.
  3. Select the fax button to send.
  4. Mark a fax as ‘sent’ or ‘ignore’, it will disappear from the list. Click show all to display all faxes with detail of who sent the fax or marked as ignore, who the fax was sent to, and subject.
