Optional requirements for online booking

The program setup allows you to enhance the information gathered from patients during the online booking process. You can make the reason for their visit a mandatory field, and even send them an intake form to complete before they can finalize their online booking.


*Note only one intake form can be added and this will be for all appointment types.
