Patient messaging tab

Patient messages are listed in this tab, defaulting to those assigned to the practitioner.


Filter through the messages using the options at the top. (Assigned, unassigned, closed, or all; as well as finding those which are unread by the patient or the practitioner.)

  1. Select a message from the list on the left.
  2. Read the message.
    1. Mark the message read, or
    2. Click reply and type message back to patient.

Reassign the message to another person or job class within the clinic, selecting the recipient from the dropdowns.

Create a new message:

  1. Click the new conversation button.
  2. Lookup the patient.
  3. Compose the message and send.
