Patient perspective for virtual visits

The patient will receive an email with the details of the appointment, as well as a link to register for the patient portal, or the web link to use to log into the patient portal if the patient already has an account.

The patient will then login to their portal account, scroll down to appointments, or click on the appointments on the left side.

Click on the “enter waiting room” button for the upcoming appointment, read the video conferencing consent, and accept.

The patient is now in the virtual appointment, ready for the physician to join.
