Patient Summary Report

Within the Patient Summary window, you can access the Patient Summary Report. This report will provide you with statistics regarding submissions that have occurred within a certain date range. It can generate information for all clinic practitioners or for specific practitioners. This reporting feature can also be used to find submissions that have happened on end dated patients.

This report can also be accessed through Reports -> Client Lists -> Patient Summary Report.

View History

When a patient’s Patient Summary window is open, click the ‘View History’ button to view the submission history available for the patient. You can see what items were submitted, when and by which provider.
